Key West: July 4

 The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. So we cleaned it out and wiped everything down that was in it on Sunday. Then we installed a VHF antenna. While this was going on, we found little clues of things that happened during the Duval Crawl which we forgot. 

Like this bar mat. Debbie wanted it but the bartender wouldn’t sell it. Instead, the bartender GAVE  it to her!

Then we wanted to use the convection oven but THREE of us could not figure it out until we pulled out the CHARRED owner’s manual with the instructions. 

Then Monday, Deb and I did our jog with a final bike ride to Publix. My back tire was a little low on air for some reason. 

We did laundry and started to prepare for a departure this week. We will miss Key West, but we miss our friends and family too. Hope to see you soon!
